Deep Tissue Massage falls under this category

Therapeutic Massage is a fully customized session designed to address pain, tension, mobility restrictions, stress, and overall muscular health. This is the foundational service and a great choice for most clients, whether you’re seeking focused problem-area work, general maintenance, or full-body therapeutic care.

Each session is tailored to your individual needs using a blend of techniques that may include Swedish massage, trigger point therapy, compression, stretching and range-of-motion work, myofascial release, and instrument-assisted soft tissue techniques. Deeper therapeutic work (often referred to as “deep tissue”) is included within this service when appropriate.

Cupping therapy and other myofascial tools may also be incorporated as part of your treatment when beneficial. While your session is always guided in real time based on what your body needs, you are absolutely welcome to discuss preferences or interest in specific techniques, such as cupping, scraping, or deeper therapeutic work. These tools are considered part of the session rather than an additional add-on service.

Therapeutic Massage is suitable for both acute and chronic muscular concerns, recovery from physical strain, ongoing maintenance, or simply reducing the effects of everyday stress on the body. Pressure, pacing, and techniques are always adjusted to your comfort level and goals.

For clients in the first trimester, massage is available with informed consent and thorough intake screening. While miscarriage risk is naturally higher during early pregnancy regardless of daily activity, all techniques are adjusted appropriately and safety remains the highest priority.

Prenatal Therapeutic Massage provides customized, relief-oriented bodywork designed to support the body throughout pregnancy. As pregnancy progresses, structural and hormonal changes can create new patterns of strain and discomfort- commonly affecting the neck, back, hips, glutes, legs, and feet. This service helps reduce muscular tension, support circulation, and promote overall comfort during these changes.

Sessions are tailored to your stage of pregnancy and individual needs. Supportive cushioning and positioning are used to ensure comfort and safety, typically in side-lying or semi-reclined positions to maintain proper support and avoid unnecessary compression. Techniques are thoughtfully selected and modified for pregnancy while still providing effective therapeutic care. Gentle lymphatic-focused techniques may also be incorporated when appropriate, particularly to help address fluid retention and swelling in the legs and feet.

Whether you’re experiencing specific areas of discomfort or simply seeking restorative support during pregnancy, each session is adapted to your comfort level and goals.

Sports Massage is a focused therapeutic session designed to support recovery, improve mobility, and help the body perform more efficiently during periods of training, competition, or physically demanding work.

This approach prioritizes restoring range of motion, improving circulation, and addressing movement restrictions that may contribute to discomfort or injury. Sessions may include broad therapeutic strokes, targeted deep work, assisted stretching, active and passive range-of-motion techniques, percussive methods, and instrument-assisted soft tissue work to help loosen fascia, support joint function, and promote efficient recovery.

This style of treatment can be especially helpful for post-workout recovery, maintaining performance during long training cycles, managing repetitive-use strain, addressing restricted mobility, or supporting recovery from muscular or tendinous irritation.

Cupping therapy (also known in athletic settings as myofascial decompression) may be incorporated when appropriate. This technique uses gentle suction to lift and mobilize tissue, helping improve circulation, reduce muscular congestion, increase tissue mobility, and support faster recovery following exertion. Many athletic trainers and performance specialists use this method to help maintain muscle health, improve pliability, and reduce the risk of overuse-related strain.

Sports massage is suitable for competitive athletes, recreational exercisers, and anyone whose body experiences repetitive physical stress. Techniques, pressure, and pacing are always adjusted to your activity level, comfort, and current recovery needs.

Facial Cupping is a specialized cupping service designed to address both therapeutic and esthetic concerns of the face, head, and neck. Whether you're dealing with sinus congestion, facial tension, TMJ issues, post-surgical recovery, or simply looking to improve the health and appearance of your skin, this session offers a gentle yet effective approach to facial care. Each session is tailored to your individual needs and goals, whether the focus is therapeutic, esthetic, or a combination of both.

Facial cupping differs from body cupping in an important way- rather than leaving cups stationary, the cups are kept moving throughout the entire session using very gentle suction. This ensures no marks are left on the face while still delivering the circulatory and lymphatic benefits of cupping therapy. Modern cupping therapy for lymphatic drainage (MCTLD) is a core component of this service and plays a key role in improving overall facial health.

This session may be a good fit if you experience sinus congestion, facial tension or TMJ discomfort, neurological face and head conditions such as Bell's Palsy or trigeminal neuralgia, or are in the recovery phase following plastic surgery or dental procedures.

Facial cupping also provides immediate esthetic benefits by increasing circulation and blood flow to the skin. Results can include diminished fine lines, reduced hyperpigmentation and acne scarring, minimized pore size, and improved skin tone and firmness through stimulation of collagen-producing cells and connective tissue. These effects are both immediate and cumulative, making this service a great option for those looking to maintain results over time with a series of sessions.

Smooth, heated basalt stones are incorporated into a restorative therapeutic massage designed to deeply relax the body and ease persistent muscle tension. The warmth of the stones helps soften tight tissue, calm the nervous system, and allow for more effective work in areas that feel especially stubborn or sensitive.

Stones are safely heated to a therapeutic temperature (approximately 110–130°F), providing comforting warmth that promotes circulation and encourages muscles to release without irritating the skin.

Hot stone sessions can be especially supportive for clients experiencing chronic tension, stress-related tightness, sleep disruption, or conditions involving ongoing muscular discomfort. As always, your session is tailored to your comfort level and individual needs.

Abdominal Release is a specialized therapeutic service focused on releasing tension, adhesion, and stagnancy throughout all layers of the abdomen- an area that is often overlooked in traditional massage and bodywork, yet frequently holds the root causes of widespread and chronic dysfunction throughout the body.

Each session is tailored to your individual needs and may draw from a combination of Myofascial Release, myofascial cupping, and traditional Thai techniques. These modalities work together to address restrictions in the soft tissue, fascia, and organs of the abdominal region, with effects that can resonate far beyond the abdomen itself. The depth and approach of each session are always guided by what your body needs in the moment.

The abdomen houses a complex network of fascia, organs, and connective tissue that can become restricted due to surgery, injury, chronic stress, inflammation, or postural patterns over time. When these restrictions are present, they can create tension that radiates into the back, hips, pelvis, and even up into the neck and shoulders. Releasing abdominal tension can have a profound and wide-reaching impact on overall musculoskeletal health.

Abdominal Release may be particularly beneficial for those experiencing chronic back, hip, or knee pain, sciatica, digestive stagnation, headaches or migraines, restricted range of motion, repetitive strain injuries such as Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, shoulder periarthritis or capsulitis, swallowing difficulties, endometriosis, scar tissue, and much more.

Clients remain fully clothed for Traditional Thai bodywork, so please wear comfortable, modest, stretchy clothing to your session that will keep you covered and comfortable (sweat pants, pajamas, yoga clothes, gym clothes). Layers are recommended for warmth and blankets can be provided if needed. Thai bodywork takes place on a floor mat and not a massage table.

Traditional Thai Bodywork is a fully clothed therapeutic session that combines rhythmic compression, assisted stretching, and slow, intentional movement to relieve tension, improve mobility, and promote deep relaxation. Instead of a

Often described as “assisted yoga,” this slow-paced style of bodywork involves your therapist using their hands, forearms, elbows, knees, and feet to apply comfortable pressure while gently guiding your body through supported stretches. These techniques help decompress tight areas, address cross-body restrictions, and support relief from common concerns such as leg tension, low back discomfort, knee issues, nerve-related irritation, and general muscular tightness.

Thai Bodywork is an excellent choice if you enjoy movement-based therapy, want help improving flexibility or posture, or feel that traditional table massage doesn’t fully address your mobility needs. Sessions are performed on a padded floor mat rather than a massage table, and no flexibility is required. Each session is adapted to your body, comfort level, and experience.

Because this is not a sterile medical facility, Manual Lymphatic Drainage is not available within the first two weeks following surgery. Doctor’s clearance is required for all post-surgical clients prior to treatment. Lymphatic drainage is not recommended for anyone who is currently sick or has been sick within the past week.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is a gentle, rhythmic technique designed to support the movement of lymphatic fluid throughout the body. The lymphatic system plays an essential role in immune function, fluid balance, and waste removal. Unlike the circulatory system, it does not have a central pump and relies on muscle movement, breath, and manual stimulation to maintain healthy flow.

Using light, precise strokes directed toward lymphatic pathways and nodes, MLD encourages fluid movement and may help reduce swelling, congestion, and inflammation. Because lymphatic vessels sit just beneath the skin, the work is intentionally gentle, subtle and methodical.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage may support fluid retention, post-injury recovery, circulation, chronic inflammation, and nervous system regulation. It can be especially beneficial for individuals experiencing swelling in the feet, ankles, legs, or other areas prone to fluid accumulation, as well as those with limited mobility.

Each session is tailored to the client’s needs. Treatment focus, pacing, and pressure are adjusted based on health history, current presentation, and therapeutic goals to ensure the work supports the body safely and effectively.
