With a background rooted in anatomy, movement, and structural awareness, Jenna approaches bodywork with both a clinical and collaborative mindset. Her work is guided by the belief that effective treatment should not only provide relief in the moment, but also help clients better understand the patterns of tension and compensation that develop over time.

Sessions integrate a variety of techniques including deep tissue, myofascial release, Thai massage, modern cupping therapy, and mobility focused approaches to address chronic pain, postural strain, movement restrictions, and recovery needs. Each session is tailored to the individual, with an emphasis on thoughtful assessment, clear communication, and results driven care.

Clients frequently seek Jenna out for support with neck and shoulder tension, low back pain, hip dysfunction, athletic recovery, and the cumulative stress modern life places on the body. Through Kinetica Bodyworks, her goal is to help clients restore movement, feel stronger in their bodies, and maintain long term physical resilience.
